On August 26, 2008, I was elected to serve the people of Senate District 35 in Tulsa County. It is a privilege to represent you in the Oklahoma State Capitol and I appreciate the opportunity to do so.
When you call or visit my office at the Oklahoma State Capitol, you will be warmly greeted by my Executive Assistant Shannon Sharpton, who will be more than happy to assist you with all of your constituent needs.
This website is designed to show you what we do here at your State Capitol and to involve you in the process as much as possible. Feel free to peruse our online office at your leisure and learn about what I am doing for Senate District 35 and the citizens of Oklahoma.
This website is regularly updated so you’ll want to check back often. My blog will give you updated information about what is happening during session. I also send out regular email updates. If you’d like to be on that mailing list, please sign up at the bottom of any page.
I invite you to email my office with any concerns, comments or suggestions that you may have. Email firstname.lastname@example.org at any time; it is truly a pleasure to serve the people of Oklahoma.
Should you decide to visit the State Capitol (and I hope you do), here is some helpful information:
The Capitol is located at 2300 N. Lincoln Boulevard in Oklahoma City. Visitors should park in the SOUTH parking lot. Free tours of the building are conducted Monday through Friday every hour between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. To schedule a tour in advance, call 1.800.652.6552. A Welcome Center is located off the south entrance. Brochures are also available containing a self-guided tour of the building, if you wish.
